Are you a teen that knows nothing but boredom? No need to fear, The Hunger Games are here!

The hunger games is a triology (A set of three books,) written by Suzanne Collins, lately there was a movie released based on the first book. Exciting right?

The movie is 12A, so if you're into Sci-fi, Futuristic, action type things, you'll really enjoy this movie. I personally reccommend not reading the books first, as it might leave you dissappointed, but as a movie, it's fantastic.

The movie is based on post-apocalyptic North America, in a state called Panem. The weathly city The Capitol, has had the poorer districts of Panem, give their children's names, from ages 12 to 18, for the reaping of a death bearing 'Game'-show, which is broadcasted live on T.v. The childrens names are entered upon their age, and the food they've been provided from the authorities.

During The Reaping, a boy and girl's name is picked randomly from a glass jar, it is then the fear of having to fight to their death comes upon them. Yet another of the entree's may voulenteer to take the chosen tributes place.

 Primrose Everdeen(Willow Shields,) is a sweet 12 year old girl, who helps her mother heal the sick and injured. She knows plenty about special leaves, and plants that are either medicated, or used for medicens. She also knows how to milk goats, because she owned her own, and the milk and cheese she sold.

Primrose's name was called during the reaping, something she had beeen dreading, Katniss Everdeen(Jennifer Lawrence,) Primrose's elder sister, ran to her and found her, it was then that Katniss Everdeen voulenteered for her little sister.

Katniss everdeen voulenteered for her younger sister Primrose, and was then called to the front, watching her best friend Gale Hawthorne, carry Primrose away.

Peeta Mellark(Josh Hutcherson,) was also called for Tribute. Peeta is the bakers son, whom threw Katniss a loaf of bread as he was feeding the pigs. Katniss vaguely remembered him. Yet she was enraged, for some reason or another. Peeta seemed to take things rather easily, with a smile, although he knows this could be his fate.

What will happen to Katniss and Peeta? Who will win? Will this be the end of Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark?
